Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and Italian public holidays.

International Shipping We ship worldwide via international courier (DHL). Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are provided at checkout.

Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Oud Profumeria Artistica has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

Refused Shipments If a shipment is refused or unclaimed, return shipping costs will be deducted from any applicable refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Tracking A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.
