Refund policy
RETURNS
We are committed to offering only quality products that meet your expectations. However, due to the particular nature of the products we sell, we have adopted a specific return policy for perfumes.
Our policy provides a 30 day deadline for returns. If 30 days have passed from the date of purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Returns Not Accepted: Taking into account hygiene regulations and to guarantee the maximum satisfaction of all our customers, we do not accept returns of perfumes once the original packaging has been opened or damaged. This means that products cannot be returned if they have been used or if the outer protective film has been removed.
Exceptions to the Return Policy: We accept returns of perfumes only if the package is still sealed with its original film intact and the product has not been used. In such cases, the customer has the right to return the product within a fixed period from the date of purchase, as specified in our terms and conditions.

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that the item has been received. We will also notify you when your refund request is approved or denied. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original payment method, within a certain number of days. After or outstanding refunds (if applicable) If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; It may take some time for the refund to be formally posted. Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time involved when registering a refund. Unfortunately, no refunds are possible for items on sale.
Changes (if applicable)
We only replace items if defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, send us an email to info@oudprofumeriaartistica.it and send the item to the following address: Via Santa Maria 24 00048 Nettuno RM Italy.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you at the time of purchase, you will receive a voucher corresponding to the value of the return. Upon receipt of the returned item, the gift voucher will be sent to you by post.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to you in person, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be made aware of the your return.
Shipping

Shipping costs for returning the item will be your responsibility. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will not be included in the refund.
Depending on the country you live in, the time it takes for your replacement product to be delivered may vary.
If you need to ship an item worth over €75, consider using a trackable shipping service or insuring the shipment.
We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
