RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

We are committed to offering only quality products that meet your expectations. However, due to the particular nature of the products we sell, we have adopted a specific return policy for perfumes.

Right of Withdrawal for EU Customers
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery of the last item in your order, without having to provide any reason. The withdrawal period is automatically extended if it expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday.

Exemptions from the Right of Withdrawal
We do not accept returns of perfumes once the original packaging has been opened or the outer protective film removed, as these are sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once opened (Art. 59(e), Directive 2011/83/EU). Returns are accepted only if the product is still intact in its original sealed packaging and has not been used.

Additional items excluded from returns: gift cards.

Refunds
In the event of a valid withdrawal, we will refund the price of the product and the original standard shipping costs within 14 days of notification of withdrawal, using the same payment method used for the purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once the return has been received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email with the outcome of the inspection.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, please: check your bank account, and contact your credit card provider and your bank (processing times may vary). If you have already completed these steps, please contact us at info@oudprofumeriaartistica.it.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please contact us at info@oudprofumeriaartistica.it.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a voucher for the value of the return. If the gift was not shipped directly to you, the refund will be sent to the person who made the purchase.

Return Shipping
To make a return, please ship the product to: Via Santa Maria 24, 00048 Nettuno RM, Italy. Please contact us before sending the product. For items worth more than €75, we recommend using a trackable or insured shipping service. We cannot guarantee receipt of untracked items.
