International Shipments
We ship worldwide via international courier (DHL). Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout.
Shipping Costs for Heavy Orders
For orders with a total weight exceeding 2 kg, the shipping cost shown at checkout may be subject to revision. In such cases, a member of our team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the final cost before shipment.
Customs and Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing an order.
Refused or Unclaimed Shipments
In the event a shipment is refused or not collected, return shipping costs will be deducted from any applicable refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
