How It Wears on Skin

The opening is lively and almost cold — bergamot, mint and cardamom, with cedar adding structure. As the minutes pass, the heart takes over: gardenia and tuberose emerge decisively, joined by bay leaf and honeysuckle, in what customers who've tried it in our boutique describe as a true floral-spicy "monolith" — once it arrives, it stays the protagonist for the rest of the day. The base of woody notes, vanilla, musk and tobacco is there, but rarely makes itself known on its own: the floral side dominates right through to the end. Longevity is among the highest we've seen in the collection — it's not unusual to go past 10-12 hours with projection still noticeable.
