The Fragrance
Launched in 2023 as part of the Gold Collection, Lamar Caviar is the result of a collaboration between Kajal, the Swiss start-up Microcaps and the historic house LUZI. It is the first ethanol-free fine fragrance to use the patented "perfume pearls" technology: the fragrance oil is enclosed in natural alginate pearls, suspended in the liquid like golden caviar and clearly visible in the bottle. When sprayed, the pearls break and release a fragrant mist. The formula is vegan, cruelty-free and alcohol-free, while the name Lamar means "liquid gold" in Arabic.
How It Evolves on Skin
The opening is juicy and sunny: pineapple meets red berries and apple, enlivened by cardamom and coriander. In the heart, Bulgarian rose and Turkish rose bloom, together with sambac jasmine and magnolia. The base is soft and warm, with vanilla, amber, cashmere wood, cedarwood and musk, leaving an enveloping, velvety trail on skin.
