The Scent

Fico d'India is Ortigia's best-loved scent, inspired by the cactus with glorious orange flowers that grows wild all over Sicily: a powdery accord of fig and cedarwood, fresh, dry and velvety. In the shower the scent is released with the steam, fills the bathroom and leaves a light, clean trace on the skin.

Formula and Ingredients

A natural shower gel with an olive oil and glycerine base: translucent and jewel-toned, it creates a rich foam in the bath and a soft lather in the shower, cleansing gently. The 100 ml size is perfect for travelling, while the 250 ml size is designed for everyday use.

How to Use It

Pour a small amount onto wet skin or a sponge, massage into a soft lather and rinse. For a scented bath, add a few drops under the running water. To make the scent last longer, complete the ritual with the body cream of the same line.
