Silky Woods Elixir reinterprets the Australian agarwood first introduced with Silky Woods, a precious essence the house obtains from the forests of tropical Queensland. The fragrance is inspired by the ancient Daintree Rainforest in Far North Queensland and its olfactory treasures: lush, mysterious vegetation, deep and almost primordial. It belongs to the Botanical Series, Goldfield & Banks' most precious line, and is housed in a French glass bottle lacquered in russet tones, which sets it apart from its golden sibling.

The opening is intense and full of contrast: the green, juicy freshness of fig and fig leaf meets the spicy warmth of saffron, with an aromatic, earthy nuance. The heart opens onto a powdery, smoky facet, with orris root, guaiac wood, a touch of rose and the resinous sweetness of Peru balsam.
