The Fragrance

Sand Dance is born from a precise image: the Kalbelia dancers, a nomadic people of Rajasthan, who, wearing sublime black and multicoloured dresses with jewels, undulate gracefully and supplely like snakes. The maison translates that sensual, hypnotic dance into a performance in the heart of the desert, where the burning wind carries in its wake a breath of spices. It does not seek freshness: it seeks the warm embrace of sand in the sun, between enveloping sweetness and precious woods.

How It Evolves on Skin

The opening is warm and boozy: whisky cream meets mandarin and coriander in a soft, spicy entrance that is never dry. The heart brings cocoa to the fore, warm and creamy rather than bitter, supported by sandalwood and cashmere wood, which add an almost velvety softness. The base closes on benzoin, cedar, styrax, patchouli and tonka bean: a balsamic, resinous, elegant finish that stays on the skin for a long time.
