The Fragrance

The fragrance celebrates two treasures of Central America. The first is a precious resin harvested exclusively on the “Costa Balsamera” of El Salvador with ancestral techniques handed down from generation to generation; the second is a spice grown in Guatemala, in the shade of local forests, at ideal altitudes and in an ideal climate. The result is a woody amber that plays on the contrast between hot and cold, made even more sensual by a floral touch with Middle Eastern charm, with at least 90% ingredients of natural origin. It is signed by perfumer Ilias Ermenidis, who has worked with Peru balsam for forty years and here looks at it from a new perspective.

How It Evolves on Skin

The opening plays on the hot-cold contrast: green cardamom from Guatemala, fresh and aromatic, joins the resinous, vibrant note of cypress. In the heart Damask rose and centifolia rose blossom, rich and velvety, still supported by the spicy warmth of cardamom. The base is a sensual embrace: Peru balsam from El Salvador melts into a modern amber accord, for a warm, luminous, enveloping trail.
